We are keen to offer a chill out day experience to members and by extension friends, relatives and colleagues.  Arriving in the morning, after suitable refreshment our guests will enjoy a Holistic Consultation.  Maureen will chat through (and record) a full health and lifestyle history.  This will be followed by a relaxing treatment (usually Reflexology) but depending on your needs may be one of our many other therapies.  There will be a light lunch and a choice of a further treatment session – full list at www.millbrook01584.co.uk

Come on your own or with a companion.  The single price is £75 saving £15.  A couple will make a further £10 saving £140.  This price will also include any Homeopathic remedies which may be expected to help with your recovery or your lifestyle.
